eCourts Website Redesign

In addition to a brand refresh for eCourts in 2024, we redesigned the conference website.

However, a website redesign is so much more than colors and styles: It’s about content strategy. The site’s structure was solid, but we worked to improve the overall functionality—starting with messaging. As the needs of eCourts and its audience changed throughout the conference lifecycle, the website evolved to serve each new role.

Brand

We designed eCourts’ new brand identity to be vibrant and appealing to their audiences year after year. New colors, fonts, and illustrations from the brand refresh helped us modernize the website to achieve that goal.

Functionality and Messaging

To better reach the National Center for State Courts (NCSC)’s conference audiences, we used some of the same messaging patterns we developed during CTC’s website refresh—which primarily included making calls to action easier to find.

No matter which audience we needed to reach—attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors—we improved the content and user interface to help make crucial information even easier to find.

The new setup and strategy made for a functional, beautiful conference website in 2024. We can’t wait to take what we’ve learned and apply it to the eCourts 2026 site.
