If your current hosting works for you, we’re happy to maintain your site there. No migration needed and your hosting relationship stays as-is. We’ll ask for delegate access to your hosting account so that we can manage PHP updates, automatic backups, and other settings.

1. WordPress Maintenance Plan
There are two parts to our plans: First, we review your site and set it up for ongoing success. Then, we review and apply updates monthly to keep it ship-shape.
Onboarding: $250
Baseline the site so we know what we're working with and get your website in our schedule. That includes:
Stack Audit: We’ll perform an audit of your full plugin stack and WordPress configuration, looking for plugins that are not actively maintained by their publishers, that present a security risk, or that are unused or redundant to other features on your site. Results in a list of recommended plugins to remove, replace, or install and any other immediate recommendations.
Configuration: Configure automated backups and security settings.
Schedule: From there, we’ll schedule our monthly maintenance.
Have more than one website? All sites on the same hosting provider? Additional sites on the same hosting account onboarded at the same time are $150 each.
Monthly Maintenance: $150/site per month
HALO 22 performs monthly maintenance consisting of the following:
Applying WordPress and plugin patches as needed.
Updating the hosting environment to ensure secure back-end systems.
Maintaining a backup system that ensures durability in the case of a complete crash of the host hardware.

What To Expect with H22 WordPress Hosting
Uptime
Our hosting runs on redundant infrastructure built for continuous availability. Our job is to keep the site itself healthy, so problems are prevented during maintenance instead of discovered during an outage.
If Something Goes Wrong
Contact us by email or phone. Tell us what you’re seeing. We’ll confirm we’re on it, work the problem until it’s resolved, and send a summary covering what happened, what we did, and what we’ll change to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Monthly Reporting
Once a month, we’ll send you a note summarizing the updates we applied, anything we found, anything we recommend.
Your Site is Your Site
If you ever find a better hosting and maintenance arrangement, we’ll support your transfer to the host you specify or handover a complete, restorable backup.
There’s no lock-in with our hosting.
Common Questions
Where is my site hosted? We’ve partnered with a managed cloud infrastructure built specifically for WordPress. We’re happy to share more infrastructure details when we scope your specific site.
Will we still have admin access? Of course! It’s your site.
What if our traffic grows? So, every hosting plan has limits. We size your site with a bit of room. But, if your site’s needs grow, we’ll reach out and talk to you before anything changes on your invoice.
Can we keep our current host? Yes! If you’re happy we’re more than willing to provide maintenance on your site where it sits. See above.
