The Bullpen: Downtown Durham Social District Cornhole Board Wraps

When Downtown Durham Inc. asked if we could pull together cornhole board wrap designs from an identity we built last year, we let them know we were totally game. Our designs ended up bold and colorful—right on target for The Bullpen.

In summer 2022, we created an identity for The Bullpen: Downtown Durham Social District. With the identity in place, they asked us to create print materials that would inform and become a part of the social district landscape.

The Bullpen: Downtown Durham Social District Identity

When the NC House and Senate passed a bill in September 2021 allowing social districts in the state, cities across North Carolina got to work setting theirs up. Downtown Durham’s plans were already in progress when they approached us to name, brand, and create materials for the social district.

Downtown Durham Feast

Downtown Durham, Inc. (DDI) approached us with a time-constrained identity, digital, and print project. Their team had just planned a project to help boost sales for downtown restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, etc.—and we only had a week and a half to pull together an eye-catching identity for print and screen.

2021 State of Downtown Durham Report

Downtown Durham Inc. asked us to design a PDF version of their 2021 State of Downtown Durham report, which explores the post-pandemic landscape on a local scale. The report summarizes the findings discussed in their annual summit meeting, including presenter slides and data, infographics, and more.
